Shipping Policy:

We strive to deliver products purchased in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with us, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent Orders of Rs. 999/- or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A platform handling fee of Rs. 99/- will be applicable to the orders under Rs. 999/-.

  1. If the order is cancelled (stipulated time period), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, If amount paid by online, we will refund the complete order amount including any platform handling fee.
  2. If you return an order delivered to you, platform handling fee will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, platform handling fee will be non – refundable irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts / VAT / GST or the other applicable charges.

Fair Usage Policy:

No. At this point, we deliver products only within India.

Am I able to get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, at present we are unable to offer to speed up the order delivery.

In future, if we offer such service and if your area pin code is applicable, surely you’ll get information regarding the service.

Our Cancellation policy:

You can cancel a booked order, when it is in status of packed or on transport, also as long as the cancel status is accessible on App/Website/.

Any sum paid will be credited into a similar paid mode using which the paid was made.

Is it possible change the delivery address of my order after it has been placed?

Of course, you can change the delivery address of your order before we have prepared (packed) it, by update it under ‘change address’ which is accessible under ‘My order’ on App/Website.

How to cancel my Order?

By click “My Orders” area under the primary menu of our App/Website and select the ordered item you need to cancel.

When will I receive my paid, in case I cancel my order?

If payment made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will get refund into the source account. Amount will be credited in 7-10 days from the day of request cancel.

In case of “Cash on Delivery” there is no sum to be refund on the grounds that you haven’t paid for your request.
